Who we are

This website is operated by enjoysicily.fun, Porto di Giardini Naxos, Via Schisò, 98035 Giardini Naxos (ME), Italy. For any question about your data write to contact@enjoysicily.fun.

What data we collect

Only the data you send us yourself: through the booking form (name, e-mail, phone, chosen tour, date, number of people and your message) or when you contact us by e-mail, phone or WhatsApp.

Why we use it

To answer your request and organise your boat trip (steps taken at your request before a contract, art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). We do not use your data for advertising and we never sell it.

How long we keep it

Booking requests are deleted after 12 months. To protect the form against abuse we keep a pseudonymised (hashed) form of your IP address for 30 days.

Who processes it for us

The website is hosted by Cloudflare, which processes data on our behalf under the EU standard contractual clauses. E-mails are sent through an e-mail service provider acting on our behalf.

Cookies

This website does not use cookies for statistics or advertising and does not track you. The YouTube videos and the Google map are loaded only if you click on them; from then on YouTube and Google may set their own cookies under their privacy policies.

Your rights

You can ask for access to your data, its correction or deletion, restriction of processing, data portability, or object to the processing, by writing to contact@enjoysicily.fun. You can also lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority – in Italy, the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali (garanteprivacy.it).
